昨天 Coinbase 刚官宣，其 APP 内置 Base 链的 DEX 后，今天币安 Alpha 就推出了空投新规。
拆分为两阶段，不同条件参与：
第一阶段：分数够，直接领取。
第二阶段：分数不够，先抢先得。
有点像中考时，分数够直接考录重点学校，分数不够抢学区志愿排位的感觉了。
