You can long $TLT or buy call options on TLT as hedge to market.. You can also buy Puts on QQQ as hedge to your crypto portfolio from mvoements in Stock market.
These both trades ahve protected my crypto longs losses a lot. (doenst work on dog shit memecoins tho)
