回滚交易执行的扣款顺序：现货，合约余额，合约持仓。
1、风控期间如果用户爆仓，核实无异常后全额赔付；
2、20号下午4:00-4:30 用户参与VOXEL 合约交易，如果亏损，核实后全额补偿
3、回滚已处理完毕，扣的盈利不会计算手续费
4、已陆续解除限制。今天开始走赔付流程，包括手续费
