达到100地址后，不能再发重复名字盘子。
绝大多少盘子达到100地址之前，都已经两边平台发出多个重复币了。即便一个币满了100，依然有多个重复名字在继续分流。
除非，发币自带100地址捆绑，如此所有人彻底无法发同名代币。
公平到最后必须捆绑😂
