Specifically, I missed the contract signing period for the "equity conversion $PTB" in July and August this year. This has led to the situation where the $150,000 worth of Portal tokens I invested in the early stage cannot be converted into $PTB at present. Some situation descriptions: I invested in Portal in October 2021 because I saw @cbventures and @OKX_Ventures as investors. The contact person was @geoburke, a co-founder of Portal. I had a voice call with him. Geoburke clearly told me at that time that the $150,000 I invested was to purchase Portal's tokens in a certain round. It was only for compliance that the contract mentioned "equity investment". But in the voice call, he told me that the expected token issuance time was December 2021 - the latest time was the beginning of 2022. As an early investor, I also fulfilled the marketing work such as AMA and promotion at that time. The subsequent events are basically known to the old members of the Portal community. Portal focuses on product development, so the token issuance time has been extended. As an investor, I understand and am willing to wait. However, in 2022-2023, the Portal team sent an email to investors asking them to sign a document to "convert equity investment. To clearly define the initial investment as shares." This situation made me somewhat hesitant. But in the end, I still signed it. What I want to express is that over a period of 3 to 4 years, I was unable to check my email every day to keep track of the project's progress and requirements. I think the one-month "Share Conversion Token" contract is not very fair in terms of the signing time. I invested a real $150,000 and was a "quiet and cooperative" community member, waiting for 3 to 4 years, but I missed the final version of the "Share Conversion PTB Token Signing Email" in August this year, which made me anxious that I might not receive the $PTB tokens on time like other investors. Since the end of August, I got in touch with @geoburke through a friend. Geoburke provided the official email legal@portaldefi.com and asked me to send an email and wait. But I have been waiting for three months now. Verifying my email and investment amount and providing a new "Equity Conversion Token" contract is not a difficult task.
