拖延不是问题，模糊才是问题，
一切无法推进的事情，本质上都是没有被定义清楚，大脑类似于电脑，如果过多的任务占用内存且还不清晰在做什么，大脑就会保护性宕机，你就不想做任何事，但是事后又会有挫败感。
所以要解决拖延，顺序应该是先解决模糊本身，然后再解决问题。
