Amazon reported $716.9 billion in 2025 net sales, edging past Walmart’s $713.5 billion for the year ended Jan. 31. Amazon’s revenue rose 12% year over year, compared with Walmart’s 4.7% growth. Walmart had held the top spot since 2014.
