@Svwang1 可以延伸得更好玩些。俯卧撑演变出窄距,宽矩,左右挪移,击掌;引体向上能演变出蝶式,胸触感,双力臂,吊环双力臂。这样的练习会放弃单线程的冲击,强调更多的控制。突破卡点之后也会有更多的乐趣,感觉全身肌肉都用上劲了,而不只是局部。
