虽然也有风险，可能党派轮转，但美国似乎不太可能回到根斯勒的时代，加上目前政策友好的窗口期
离岸交易有增长压力，要增长只剩美国，所以后面可能会看到大量类似 ICE 投 OK 的爆炸新闻，那只是个开始。。。
