早餐:
1,无盐无糖的原味坚果50g,包括巴旦木13个,腰果7个,核桃仁2个
2,吾岛希腊酸奶100g,其中含蛋白质9g-11g
3,小苹果200g,增加饱腹感(也试过牛油果,但是做奶昔太稠了,最后放弃)
4,小蓝莓10个
5,肌酸3g
6,胶原蛋白肽10g
以上,放入破壁机做奶昔喝,一顿早餐大概含20多g蛋白质
