.又是本周期vc币攒局天王 @hiFramework 的在perpdex方面下的手笔。
1.5亿的fdv上的coinlist（which is上一个周期的天王级launchpad）
但是coinlist的kyc非常严格，我搞不到kyc。只能默默错过。
预售给2%，社区给45%。讲实话挺大方的了。
现在这个行情，perpdex的老板先发出来吃肉，过几个月再发出来的喝汤。
舍不发币，还持续搞pua积分赛，以为自己跟aster一样有个大爹的perp就会同上个周期末尾那些可怜兮兮的layer2一样。
