当我看到小红书里都是OKX的黑稿，不由得感叹，公关危机的重要性。
当时看来只是一个小事件，处理不好，就是向竞争对手递了一把捅自己的刀子。
今天 @star_okx 发布了一条推文明显语气软化，开始走情感路线。
但现在竞争对手太多进攻，OKX一昧防守是不够的，还需要更多主动证明。
比如公布内部调查结果，有人公开背责等等
