When someone says they are New Yorker it means that they were either born and raised in New York or they came into New York and make their living even with all the difficulties New York presents. Same way it should be for Lagosian. It is a common practice for a metropolitan city around the world. My forefathers don’t need to come from Lagos state to be a Lagosian. I was born here and I paid my full dues.
