美股今年有三家万亿美元公司要上市：
SpaceX OpenAI Anthropic
这三家是巨大的流动性抽水机，因为历史上美股还未上市过这么高市值的公司（现有大市值都是凭自己涨上来的）。
另外美股的规则是上市即解锁，大股东没有锁定期，所以很多股票上市首日换手率能超过百分百。
