很多小伙伴截图给我说不是说参议院已经通过了临时拨款，避免停摆了嘛？
还请看清楚，那是参议院，还有众议院要审批呢，众议院周一下午才上班，最快也要周一晚上才能通过，而实际的停摆是从周六凌晨就开始了。
只是因为周末本身就不工作罢了，而且还要叠加周一的半天到一天实际。所以实际上最少停摆最少是两天的时间。
