减税这个事会扯皮，但是债务上限不会，不论两党怎么演，最后提高债务上限是唯一的选择。如果真的减税，那也只能走降息扩表超发货币全民承担然后给部分人名义减税的路径，最终还是依循马太效应财富再次集中到少部分人手里
