和朋友叙旧，对方慨叹，香港不到每月4万5千港币的房子，实在没法住人，也许对标上海，国内其他大城市，香港居住环境的却没性价比。好的传统地段，要新房子，有会所，安静一点，的却租不会便宜。只能说朋友有要求。
聊一级，对方说币安的Alpha 吸了其他交易所的流动性。
不得不承认，一级越来越难做了。不少VC换做流动性基金。
