$OM 事件，我的观点是cex和dex会根据各自优势一直并存下去，cex需要庞大的团队，需要盈利，同时应当对项目有尽职调查，dex最终不需要团队，无需许可，与用户共同分享利润。
如果cex改变这一目标，比如不再对项目尽职调查，但又要赚取最大的利润，则毫无优势可言，变成了两边用户都不会买单的四不像。
