突然反思了下，好像并不是因为医生和医院真的差，而是医疗天生就是一个最容易被迁怒、被差评的行业
患者家属期望极高，结果高度不确定，越好的医院，送来的患者病得越重，期望更高，结果更糟，叠加公立医院医生负担太大，无法提供情绪价值
