回想了之前让自己个人能力提升的经历，都是花了大块的时间，专注在一件事情上面，沉迷进去。
而每天一会听听音乐，一会打个电话，一会水水群，一会跟群友分享黄图，看起来的忙的飞起，处理了很多事情，实际上对自己的成长没有多少的提升。
总结：每天花大块的时间，沉浸式学习，思考，才能成长。
