OKX Card 似乎 USDG 支付和 USD 是 1:1，并且没有外币转换费 FTF（汇率本身和 Mastercard 结算牌价一致）。
还需要等确定，也可能类似 AMEX HK 那样 Pending 的时候不收、正式入帐再加收。
美卡 BIN、1:1 稳定币、大客户返现 5%，如果再无 FTF 的话，算是目前最干净的 U 卡了。
暂时中国 KYC 不行。
