To enable agent-to-agent commerce and autonomous delegation (ie. one agent hiring another agent via payment confirmation). The smart contract later includes "Recibo", pioneered by @circle for encrypted tx’s, alongside ERC-3009 for gasless tx’s. This was first included in the Commerce Payment Protocol by Circle, Coinbase, and Shopify. And now it’s being leveraged by @heurist_ai for agentic autonomous commerce.
