1. 创始人（不是联合创始人）；
2. 设计经济模型和规则的PM；
3. 亲手写智能合约的开发；
4. 使用这个产品里赚到钱的 DeFi 用户。
其他普通员工如运营、商务之类，哪怕看起来很努力了，依然只是了解皮毛，无法触及内核。
