SEC在2026年3月17日刚发布的正式解释文件里， 把一批代币列进了数字商品示例名单。 数字商品基本已经规避了证券法监管，这里全部列举出来： 第一档是比较稳定列为数字商品的，一共有16个代币： $BTC (比特币）、 $ETH (以太坊）、 $XRP (瑞波币）、 $SOL (Solana）、 $ADA (Cardano）、 $DOGE (狗狗币）、 $SHIB (柴犬币）、 $LINK (Chainlink）、 $AVAX (Avalanche）、 $APT ( Aptos）、 $HBAR ( Hedera ）、 $LTC (莱特币）、 $DOT (Polkadot）、 $XLM (Stellar）、 $XTZ (Tezos）、 $BCH (Bitcoin Cash） 另外， $ALGO ( Algorand ）和 $LBC (LBRY Credits）也被SEC点名为 digital commodities即数字商品，属于意外惊喜。 这里面争议最大的是$XRP，SEC 2026把$XRP列进了数字商品示例，但法院仍把XRP的一些销售行为认定适用证券法， 于是SEC也做了一点强调，解释说代币本身不是证券，不等于这个代币所有发行、销售、包装方式都不是证券，有点像为了XRP这碟醋单独包了这顿饺子。 目前二级市场的定调已经基本完成了，后续的监管大概率会更加清晰，跟着美国走至少能活到下一个周期，万一下一轮山寨季是数字商品季呢。

But here's the thing: the real work has to be done by the BTC pair. Until LTCBTC really accelerates, the movement on USDT will always be 'half-hearted', not fully explosive. The BTC pair needs to start running, show real strength, and push away from that green zone that has been acting as a ceiling for months. When LTCBTC breaks through with conviction and takes direction, then the USDT chart can start to shoot up without restraint.
