我这里解释一下bitmex玩美股的价格优势
1.对标大所动不动年化-11%的基准利率，BitMEX 的基准利率为0，等于在指数价格附近设了中性区间，价格贴得紧就不收资费。基本实现了近似开合约0资费
资金费率 ≈ 溢价指数 + clamp(基准利率 - 溢价指数, -0.05%, 0.05%)
基准利率=交易所抽水，一般币股抽水年化是11%，但是bitmex不抽水是0.
2.BitMEX 接入了 Chainlink 预言机，美股时间抓实时行情，闭盘后抓全球代币化现货价格，的防插针双保险。和7天24小时交易

$NFLX - NETFLIX MAY RAISE BID IN WARNER BROS BATTLE
Netflix has the financial firepower to increase its $82.7 billion bid for Warner Bros Discovery if rival Paramount Skydance sweetens its $108.4 billion offer for the entire company, sources say.
Warner Bros, owner of franchises like Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and DC Comics, is set for a March 20 shareholder vote on Netflix’s offer but has given Paramount a week to submit a stronger bid.
$NFLX - DOJ PROBES NETFLIX FOR ANTICOMPETITIVE CONDUCT
The Justice Department is investigating Netflix’s business practices as part of its review of the company’s $72 billion bid for Warner Discovery’s studios and HBO Max. A subpoena signals scrutiny over whether the deal could entrench Netflix’s market power or reduce competition.
Regulators are also reviewing Paramount’s rival bid and are examining how past mergers affected competition and creative talent. Netflix says the review is standard and expects approval, arguing the deal is vertical and would lower consumer costs.
