But highlighted in green on top is the old language and highlighted in green on the bottom is the new language. that was it. That's why these things are supposedly launching this week. Canary filed this way first on 10/7 for both Litecoin ( $LTCC) and HBAR ( $HBR), then Bitwise on 10/8 for their Solana ETF ( $BSOL) then Grayscale on 10/9 for $GSOL. I couldn't find anyone else who has added this language ... yet.
