今天 $CRCL 跌破了 200 美元，正好想要聊聊。昨天和 @YeruiZhang Rui神 就聊过 CRCL 的话题，我非常喜欢 Rui神 对 CRCL 估值的计算方式，和我们很多小伙伴不同， Rui神 的说法是 CRCL 上涨的市值可以参考 VIAS 和 MSTERCARD 下跌的幅度。
我对比了一下 $V 和 $MA 的走势是高度重合的，毕竟两者的业务也是高度一致的，在 CRCL 出来的时候，两者都受到冲击而下跌了，下跌的主要原因是市场预期 CRCL 可能会抢占两者在支付市场的空间。
当然这还仅仅是预期而已，市场更多的还是喜欢预期，但如果按照这个方式来看的话，市场会逐渐反应过来，To C 端来说，CRCL 要走的路还很远，在发达国家来说，想要杀进现在的支付市场非常的困难，用户习惯的改变很难，更别说 CRCL 虽然盈利看上去不错，但是支付的渠道费用更高。
这还不算，如果2026年开始进入全面降息，那么 CRCL 的营收必然会受到打击，能维持现在的 30% 就不错了，收入结构单一是合规稳定币主要的问题，这可能也是 Tether 不想再美国合规原因，因为合规的稳定币是不能做“银行”的。
也就是不能做抵押借贷等等的高收益项目，只能通过美债获得收益，如果美债再 2028年利率回到 0.25% 或者 0.5% ，那么 CRCL 的盈利就会很难看，更别说 CRCL 还要支付给 #Binance 和 #Coinbase 等渠道费用，那么剩余的钱是否足够支撑 CRCL 再开拓新市场。
当然融资是没问题的，上市本身就是为了融资，但融资的这些钱是否可以帮助 CRCL 打开支付市场，并且从里边分一杯羹，甚至有没有可能受到 VISA 和 MASTER 的联合限制，这都说不好。
在想象力发展的时候对标 Paypal 没问题，但 Paypal 也有自己的稳定币，PAUSD，同样也是这次稳定币法案的受益者，而且 Paypel 再支付和跨境领域，再业务领域是 CRCL 拍马都赶不上的。
所以从走势上来看，如果 Rui神 的说法成立，那么只要 VISA 和 MASTER 的利好导致的上涨，可能就会是 CRCL 的下跌。
$MA （MindAI）技术面走强，短期内出现明显的上涨信号。
目前价格在 $0.0045 – $0.0065 区间震荡上行，短期目标 $0.02，中期看 $0.10，已上线 MEXC 和 https://t.co/jWocFdpoSp 等交易所。
从图形来看， $MA 完成了从 $0.00298 的 V 型反弹，均线呈多头排列，放量突破关键压力位，走势健康，量能配合到位，当前已站上所有核心 EMA。
项目本身属于 InfoFi（信息金融）赛道，是当前市场中少数已上线真实 AI 产品的项目，具备明确的数据服务能力，市值仍处于低位。
从基本面到技术面都释放出积极信号，是值得关注的早期机会。
