This reminds me of when $KODK secretly announced Covid work, and the members of the admin were charged with "insider" trading back in 2020 (I quote tweeted it to remind people how long I've been doing this work!) I suspect the news is being leaked somewhere, and people are trading it heavily beforehand. Insane this is still going on, and insane that our software is still the best for catching plays like this.
