刚好看到 @cmdefi 也写了 $ENA ，发现作为DEFI老鸟的他与我感觉完全一样。 专门为 @ethena_labs 写一篇帖子的原因是因为它的机制很大程度上是市场狂热情绪的一种体现，完全可以认为是稍微滞后的市场温度计/晴雨表。 也就意味着： DEFI这架机器已经被上好了油，像是开始轰隆隆的转动起来了。 如果之前大家还觉得 $BTC $ETH 涨仅仅只是资本市场的填鸭式灌血，并没有什么牛市的感觉，那现在是过去大半年来第一次DEFI有正经启动的征兆。 希望能持续下去

刚才 @ethena_labs 发推庆祝USDe 突破60亿。顺手看了defilama 过一个月数据， $USDe 的确是前10大稳定币里增长最快的。 过去7天增加了11.7% 过去一天增加了2.93%，果然牛市就是 $USDe 的主场。 所以近期 $ENA 开始爆拉，也是有基本面数据支撑的。 Ethena 的核心收入来自于： 永续合约空单资金费率（Funding Rate）为正值 → 平仓时赚取这部分收益。 所以一旦牛市到来，@ethena_labs 的左脚踏右脚模式就开始启动： •市场多数人看多，导致多单挤入永续市场； •永续合约的多头支付空头资金费率； •Ethena 持空单 → 获得资金费收入； •资金费率越高，USDe 机制越稳健、年化收益越可观； •吸引更多用户持有 $USDe（享受 sUSDe 收益）； •市场对其增长的信心增强，形成良性循环。 之所以说 @ethena_labs 是过去一个周期里最值得夸赞的创新之一就是这个体系(其他几个我个人认为还有 @pendle_fi @HypeliquidX @KaitoAI ) ～～～～～～～～ BTW, 最近把资金再放简单赚币里已经不香了，懂哥们已经都开始调仓了。 熟悉的牛市味道又来啦，爱死这个季节

其实我是不太想主动聊这个话题的，因为会得罪很多人，简单说一下吧，之前说过了，稳定币在美国主要是支付型和证券型这两种，这两种都是基于合规目的产生的。主要解决的就是稳定币在支付和生息领域合规性。 但链上的稳定币因为和合规没有关系了，所以本质上来说 $USDe 本身并不是合规稳定币，但期间有一个灰色地带，就是天才法案也就是稳定币法案限制的是支付型稳定币，而 USDe 只要不涉及到“支付”这个层面，在美国来说就是灰色的。 而 SEC 主要管理的是“证券”类型的，那么如果 USDe 不去做生息或者是其它证券化的事，那么本质上 SEC 也不会去管理。 目前来看唯一可能会对 USDe 有监管的应该就是 CFTC ，但因为 USDe 的总部是在新加坡，所以 CFTC 也管不到，除非是有美国投资者去投诉了，不过新加坡目前新的加密货币规定来说 USDe 的合规性也是受到挑战的。 所以简单来说加密货币法案以后，美国本土的稳定币必然会受到限制，而链上的算法稳定币或者是合成稳定币目前还是处于监管的盲区，只要不去挑战稳定币法案，目前来看问题并不大。 本文由 #Bitget ｜ @Bitget_zh 赞助
