之前份额限制，散户够用，但对贝莱德、富达这些管理百亿资金的机构来说，根本不够。
机构买现货ETF，必须用期权对冲。没有足够期权额度，他们不敢大规模建仓。
取消限制 = 允许机构无上限对冲风险 = 允许机构无上限买入现货。
做市商不再受持仓上限约束，交易滑点降低，市场深度呈指数级增长，更难被单边操纵。当
